The Andorra Tourism Board held a public bidding to create a tourism portal on the MOSS 2007 platform.
The biggest challenge laid in meeting the deadlines for the initial phase, given that the bid was awarded in November 2007 and the first public viewing of the portal was scheduled for mid-December of the same year.
After being awarded the bid, Spenta Consulting and Turisme d'Andorra mapped out a strategy to meet such a tight schedule.
A visually appealing home page with interactive elements was designed while commencing an extensive migration of all existing content.
Finally, in little over a month, the first version was completed, which fully complied with the client’s expectations.
Spenta Consulting and the Andorra Tourism Board are currently working on a second version with more advanced functions.
