Coinciding with this year’s Tech·Ed held recently in Barcelona and building on a phenomenal relationship with several Redmond-based Microsoft product development teams, Spenta Consulting welcomed some very special guests at their offices for a short visit: the CRM Product Team.
This informal gathering gave the CRM product development managers the chance to see Spenta’s range of products it develops around the CSP (Citizen Service Platform), particularly the innovative applications integrated with Microsoft’s CRM.
As for Girish Raja of Microsoft’s Technical Evangelist Platform, he brought exclusive information related to the upcoming version, CRM 5.0. Spenta Consulting was one of the few Spanish Early Adopters of version 4.0, and the company has confirmed its intention of doing so for the forthcoming version.
