The first week in December, a team of Spenta professional paid a visit to Microsoft’s central headquarters (Redmond, USA) as part of the BiscayTIK development process (for more information, see the news on the BiscayTIK project).
During this very productive week, they could see the latest tools for generating code, identity management and development-related auditing. For one reason or another, most of these application components have not been commercially developed, as opposed to the Distributed Connectivity Services (DCS).
Microsoft brought in Spenta Consulting with the objective of building a public administration framework in much the same way as the existing Customer Care Framework (CCF), an environment helping companies create customer relationships and improve their experience through different interactive channels (telephone, e-mail or chat, for example).
This framework will be developed using the technology from future application versions such as Biztalk 2009, Workflow Foundation 4.0, and Enterprise Service Bus (ESB 2.0).
