Built by the creators of the Microsoft Citizen Service Platform core framework, Spenta’s Street Care enables a platform where citizens can collaborate and participate on taking care of their city.
Street Care has been created by Spenta Consulting, awarded by Microsoft Corporation as Winner Partner of the Year Worldwide 2009, Public Sector - Government.
It is built on top of Windows Azure, the Microsoft’s Cloud platform. This cloud approach reduces time to market and offers high level of reliability, availability and scalability. Street Care is also available for Windows Phone 7.
Licensing model for Street Care is based on a monthly fee according to citizen’s usage. Government organizations only pay for what the use, removing software and hardware costs. With Street Care ROI is almost immediate and TCO is dramatically reduced.
Street Care main features
Authentication and registration: Street Care uses Open ID for citizen registration. Use Facebook or Live ID credentials for submiting issues.
Issue Reporting Wizard: wizard assistant for citizens. Select issue type, upload picture, locate it in the map and go!
Social Layer: open a existing issue and add your coments, rate how it has been fixed. View others comments and ratings.
Get Reports: you can create issue reports by status, type, by rate or you can run your customized search. Street Care also provides rich user experience reports using Microsoft Pivot.
Centralized administration: administrators can update your set up configuration and existing issues.
Back Office integration: integrate Street Care with your back end systems like SharePoint or Dynamics CRM
